Among these valued partners you will spot a familiar face – Shahara Byford! Shahara is a Pepper Alum who spent more than a decade of her 20+ year career in our Chicago office, working in project management before transitioning to help lead PCC’s Human Resources.

Shahara recently launched Byford Construction, Inc., a Chicago commercial carpentry firm focused on building strong relationships through superior performance and we are honored to collaborate with her as a mentor.

As a certified MWBE, Byford Construction’s areas of expertise include:

• Installation of doors, frames, hardware

• Installation of millwork, casework, countertops, and Division 10 specialties

• Furnish and install temporary partitions

• Rough carpentry (blocking, backing, etc.)

• In-house carpentry maintenance services
